If you receive damage or defective items, you must inform us within 5 days, Otherwise, we will not accept the damage or defectives items. For any exchange, you must inform us within 5 days, otherwise we will not accept any exchange offer.
We will not refund shipping charge. However, if we send mistakenly wrong or incorrect items, that case we will carry the shipping charge.
We basically refund to your original payment method into 5 days. If you don't get any money, don't worry first contact with your payment service provider support team they will help you. However, the refunds take some more times depending on the bank account.
